Rates effective from 1st January 2013.
(Palantype equipment rental and pre-dictionary work inclusive). £350 per attendance.
Car mileage rate at 45 pence per mile. Car parking fee (where appropriate) / Standard rail fare / Standard air fare / Taxis, where necessary, if travelling by public transport.
Travel time: Inclusive within fee rate.
First-draft transcript at £50.
Cancellation fees: 0-7 days notice = 100% (full fee),
8-14 days notice = 50% (half fee).
10% surcharge on payments received more than 2 calendar months from date of invoice.
